Huh? What a strange question!
Apache is an application and Windoze Server is an operating system. Why and how would you compare them?
and the advantages and disadvantages of a web host? Every web site on the internet is hosted. I suppose the advantage is that you have a website. The disadvantage is errrrm . . . I give up, you tell me.

Apache is free and runs on lots of the most popular operating systems, such as linux, windows and Mac OS.
Windows Server costs a lot of money and only runs on windows.
