How do I acess my server from another computer?

I have an apache server installed that currently runs on port 80. If my ip address is typed into a browser it will show the files in that server. But how do I edit the contents of it from another computer? like lets say I want to add a file. I am hosting a website so it has to be secure. Please help.

Good Morning, I am constantly getting junk emails that I think are sent out randomly to various user id’s at various domain names. I don’t seem to know how to stop it. Has anyone experienced this and does anyone have a remedy idea.

How do I go about setting up an ftp for my website rather than using an ftp program. When someone clicks on an icon it would automatically download a specific file. I’m using an apache server with cpanel.

Why Can’t My Friend Connect To My Apache Server From Down The Street?

I have Apache HTTP Server 2.0. I made a site and so, I ask my friend to type in my IP Address in Firefox: http://24.253.50.194/
It says that it cannot connect. What can I do to make it viewable on other computers?

Only I can goto those pages along with http://localhost/

Can We Connect A Mysql Db Which Is Located In Win Server 2003 Ms-iis/6.0 From A Linux Apache Server?

Please let me know whether is it possible to connect a MYSQL db which is located in Windows Server 2003 Microsoft-IIS/6.0 from a Linux Apache/1.3.37 (Unix) server.
FYI, the mysql db connection file is in LINUX Apache server and the mysql database is in windows 2003 server.
