Ok so when i run apache 2.2 web server it gives me a cmd window error that says the Serveradmin takes one arugument, the email address of the server administrator.
wtf does that mean, i had it installed a while ago and it ran fine but idk what to do now. It could be my router settings or something but i have no clue what?
Also, does anyone know a good FREE ftp server program?

When I try to connect to localhost or 127.0.0.1 it loads for a while, then says server cannot be found.
