Is There A Software That Can Download Directories And Files All Together Via Http From Apache Server?

I want to download particular directory that includes a lot of files from website via http. Going directory by directory and file by file is tedious task, so i was wondering if there is software that turns this downloading into easy 1-step process.
So i can download all website’s files at once and save them to my hard disk.
Is there such software?

    Software like Webzip and WinHTTrack can be helpful in this case.
