Yes. As long as they are listening on different ports, it is not a problem. You’ll have to access the page with the port number – for example, http://localhost:8080 for one server and some other port for the other.
I run several different web servers on my Windows XP Pro. Apache and IIS included. Either set them to different ports for testing or only run the one you want. That means that if they are services you turn off the one you aren’t using and turn on the one you are using.
